THE WINSTON-SALEM RC Club
(WSRC) held its third annual International
Miniature Aircraft Association (IMAA) Fly-
In in Mocksville, North Carolina. There
were many pilots from all around.
This club has a beautiful and well-kept
field, as you can see from the pictures. The
weatherman really smiled on the event this
day. The club must have an inside with one
of the weathermen.
Because this was an IMAA event, the
president, Bill Hamby, was there to see
things along and help out. I believe Nelson
Hole was the CD and kept things in order.
There was the usual noontime display
with many top-notch models. Everyone had
a great time and people are ready to come
back next year.
If you are in the vicinity, drop by and fly
with them. You’ll be glad you did.
